Lily Ting is Trainer and Human Resources Facilitator, focusing on organisational and individual development, working with local and international firms. Using her skills in talent assessment, facilitation, training, coaching and counselling, she excels in working with people from different cultural backgrounds and those facing professional or personal challenges.

Her professional experience, combined with an obvious passion for working with people, has contributed to her developing a breadth of knowledge that has allowed her to assist individuals in their professional and private lives.

She is constantly exploring new ways to help people develop and change for the better and is regularly approached as a consultant to address cross-cultural issues. Her analytical skills, combined with her natural sense of empathy, integrity and pragmatism, have helped her gained the trust of her clients.

Born and educated in France, Lily Ting settled in Hong Kong in 1991 to start her career.

In 1995 she set up the recruitment department of the French Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, where she provided advice and coaching to professionals at various stages of their careers. She was highly recognised for her competencies.

She later joined a search firm, working extensively in Greater China and South East Asia. During this time, she also enrolled in a one year counselling course at Saint John’s Cathedral.

Since 2006, she has provides consulting, coaching and training services to her clients.

Lily Ting speaks English, Cantonese, Mandarin and French.
