JAIME SIMPSON
Jaime Simpson has been living and working in Hong Kong since 2003.
She is a qualified counselor, life coach and trainer and has been working with women, families and teenagers on their personal foundations for the last 12 years.
She is a lady of impeccable character and works from a value-based lifestyle.
Jaime’s strengths lies in her ability connect with her clients and to communicate with honesty and respect. Her passion is to support her clients in mapping out a path for their life that will support and encourage them to stay motivated in achieving their goals and dreams. She assists in building strong foundations into her client’s lives by using a combination of coaching, counseling and training techniques.
Jaime believes that simple thoughts (she calls Gremlin Thoughts) often take root in a clients’ life and create a negative support system. This makes it difficult for a client to move forward. Jaime says how you think will determine what you create, and more importantly ‘who’ you create so she works with the client in uprooting this negative support system first.
She believes if the foundation of one’s life is unstable then many situations will cause that person to fall. However, if a client can build strong foundations that have clear boundaries, values and beliefs then this person will be able to stand strong, and this is what Jaime supports her clients in doing.
Jaime speaks regularly at many women’s events and forums, churches and high schools and is often featured in the Young Post / South China Morning Post in interviews and weekly columns. She works mainly with expatriate families, especially mothers on a one to one counseling basis, and runs training sessions for whole families moving to Hong Kong, working on how to establish boundaries and identities in their new culture.
Jaime also runs various life coaching programs such as Myers Briggs personality profiling; Personal Foundations Life coaching programs; Connecting with my Teen (which focuses on 7 steps on becoming a life coach to your teen); and The Drug Proofing Your Kids course.
