Anita Moorjani is a Leadership Coach who also specializes in inter-cultural communication training, helping her clients to bridge the cultural gap between the diverse cultures found within multi-national organizations. Many companies today are realizing the importance of both leadership as well as cultural communication training for their leaders and workforce so they can compete more successfully in the global arena.

Understanding the mindset of your potential clients’ culture gives you a distinct advantage in being able to communicate effectively with them in presenting your ideas and concepts.

Understanding your employees’ and coworkers’ cultural backgrounds and perspectives improves your leadership and team building skills, thereby building trust among a culturally diverse workforce.

Anita conducts custom-designed cross-cultural training programs for leaders and professionals, equipping them with the necessary skills required to succeed in this market.

She comes from a corporate background, and has worked for various multi national companies for almost two decades. For eight of those years, she held senior management positions for the Asia Pacific region, managing, motivating and working with sales teams throughout Asia.

In addition, Anita embarked on a comprehensive course of study in life coaching, and is a globally certified life coach with extensive experience in leadership and cross cultural coaching. She is President of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community.

One of her key strengths is an ability to articulate cultural concepts with clarity, including the most subtle cultural nuances. This helps her clients to understand their associates and co-workers in a way that allows them to build trust with their local peers for a more successful business relationship.

Anita is on continual retainer with one of the largest global relocation companies in the world as their principal trainer to conduct their cultural training services for Hong Kong. She has been rated as one of their top three cultural trainers worldwide, working mainly with executives from Fortune 500 companies.

Anita has traveled extensively around the world, is fluent in three languages and has a working knowledge of several more. She is also proficient in the customs and social protocols of a variety of cultures, most notably of course, Hong Kong and South East Asia.

Anita Moorjani（沈安婷）是一位跨文化溝通培訓師，專長是協助跨過企業客戶化解內部因不同文化存在差異而造成的矛盾。Anita曾在跨國公司服務近二十年，其中八年擔任亞太區高級管理職位，負責管理、訓練及統籌亞洲各地的銷售團隊，現時她為大型企業改善跨文化溝通，加強其與顧客、下屬及同事之間的合作，提升企業的全球性競爭力。

此外，Anita是香港國際專業教練協會(Hong Kong International Coaching Community).現任會長，曾鑽研人生教練，現為客人提供專業教練服務，其過人之處在於能將複雜隱晦的文化理念化繁為簡，協助客戶有效地在世界各地建立互信的業務關係。她曾獲評為世界三大文化培訓師，現時主要為財富500強企業的行政人員提供培訓服務。
